UTS has been instrumental in promoting the sale of ECL™ equipment, spare parts and technical assistant services within EMAL.

For over 60 Years ECL™ has been a world leader in aluminium smelter technology. Solutions offered are more than design, but also include manufacturing and installing high quality equipment in smelters for the Aluminium Industry.

    Pot equipment is a significant part of ECL™’s offer to the reduction sector, with more than 15000 pots equipped by ECL™ worldwide. ECL™ cranes are designed to each smelter’s specifications and can benefit from many patented and patent pending innovations.

  • Carbon solutions:

    ECL™’s offer covers the whole carbon sector; 190 Furnace Tending Assemblies, 24 rodding shops and 9 green and baked anode handling and storage shops have been installed.

  • Metal solutions:

    ECL™ produces metal handling equipment for the pot room and the casthouse. Including weighing and skimming functions if required.
