UTS signs a Joint Venture with Future Trends Group

Dr. Farzam Kamalabadi, President & Chairman of the Board Future Trends Group / Honorary Chairman of China Petroleum Alliance, signed on behalf of FTG with UTS’s Chairman & CEO, Mr. Omar Al Askari, a new Joint Venture agreement between the two groups. The signature ceremony took place at the UTS exhibition stand at ADIPEC 2014 last November.

This JV will strengthen the relationship and business network between UTS and Chinese Industry leaders, including major ministries, and agencies.

The new agreement will further complements the current UTS products and services, and further contributes to the company’s growth plan and portfolio, by introducing new, non-compete technologies, product solutions and services to key UTS Clients in Abu Dhabi and the Gulf region.

The signing ceremony was attended by senior executives from both groups, including Mr. Ziad Al Askari, President & COO of UTS, Mr. Rafiq Al Gailani, Vice President in charge of Strategic Projects and Principal relations.
