|  UTS proudly attended the event organized by AIFEN, Association of French Nuclear Industry Exporters. The successful event took place at the Parc d’Expositions Le Bourget, on October 13th to 16th in Paris. The first pure business fair for the nuclear industry worldwide was inaugurated by Mr. Gerard Kottmann, President of AIFEN and of the WNE, on October 13th. The exhibition gathered 495 exhibitors and over 7,000 highly-qualified visitors from 71 countries. The nuclear industry’s entire panel was represented, including civil engineering, instrumentation, radiation protection and technologies, amongst others. WNE allowed the world leaders of the comprehensive industry to showcase their products and services to the nuclear community, while providing the professionals with a high-level exclusive and informative program featuring keynotes from Ministers, Governmental Representatives, Industry CEOs along with renowned international experts. Throughout the exhibition, UTS’s Business Development Manager, Ms. Elsa Diaz-Duque Bello, had the pleasure to meet with some of the most influential key players in the industry, such as France’s EDF and ANDRA, and U.A.E.’s ENEC (Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation), discussing the vast potential and great opportunities created by the U.A.E.’s Government with their ambitious nuclear project. |
